Job Summary:

Santhosh Trading Company is looking for a Senior Accountant with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally GST TDS and advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented organized and capable of managing day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle sales and purchase entries accurately in Tally.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts ledgers and vouchers.
Manage GST filing TDS calculation and returns.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely billing and payments.
Reconcile bank statements vendor accounts and customer balances.
Prepare monthly financial reports balance sheets and P&L statements.
Work with auditors for year-end closing and statutory compliance.
Maintain invoice and billing documentation in proper order.
Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis reporting and MIS preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance.
5 to 6 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP Advanced Excel and general accounting principles.
Sound knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
