Job Summary
Locum - Physician - Hospitalist - OB in Boise ID
Join our dedicated team at a leading regional medical center in Boise Idaho! We are seeking a Hospitalist OB to provide coverage for our Boise and Nampa locations. This role offers a collaborative environment where quality patient care is prioritized.
Schedule:
- Night float (Sun-Thurs 7p-7a) in-house every other month
- Fri-Sun (7a-7p) whole weekend in-house not required
Coverage Dates Needed (Boise & Nampa):
- March - 8 shifts
- April - 9 shifts
- May - 10 shifts
- June - 10 shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to facility protocols and maintain high standards of care.
- Participate in patient management and follow-up care.
- Document patient care efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active Idaho license or active IMLC - REQUIRED
- Availability to cover both Boise and Nampa locations - REQUIRED
- Local candidates - PREFERRED
- COVID vaccination - REQUIRED
License and Certification Requirements:
- MD diploma
- Internship/residency/fellowship certificates
- All medical licenses including COVID-related physician licensure exemption documentation
- DEA certification
- Board Certification
- Life support certification (BLS)
