Location : Richardson TX 75082 (Hybrid 2x/week Tues/Thur)
Duration : 12 Months Contract (Potential for extension)
Pay Rate : $50/hr. on W2 - $60/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Summary:
As a Product Manager you will oversee a large team that creates products based on complex user needs business objectives and advanced technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with users to carry out research and testing to identify and interpret needs and pain points.
- Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities track product performance and drive decision-making.
- Work across disciplines (UX Product Engineering Business & Operations Leaders Users Partner Organizations) to balance business and customer needs and deliver impactful AI first capabilities.
- Ensures prioritization and trade-off discussions are customer focused.
- Leading Agile ceremonies with no oversight.
- Write and groom user stories maintain the product backlog and deliver measurable incremental value to users and the business.

- Working over an agile scrum team.
- Leading refinements.
- Working with business counterpart.
- Working with UX team.
- Working with research and designers.
Must Have Skills:
- 3-5 years experience working as a Product Manager.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to lead conversations.
- Understanding customer needs and what the actual requirements of that are.
- Must be highly organized.
- Must be a self-starter and know what the next steps would be.
- Must be able to communicate well on the non-technical side of product.
- Must be able to produce quality PowerPoint to explain products.
Nice to have skills:
- Able to lead workshops.
- Able to present to leadership.
- Willing to grow their leadership skills.
Software skills:
- Microsoft Office suite: Power Point
- Azure DevOps preferred.
Interview Process:
