Job Summary

2-4 years of experience in application monitoring and production support roles.
Certifications in relevant tools (e.g. Dynatrace Splunk) or ITIL framework are a plus.
Hands-on experience in production support for Java-based applications.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace Splunk AppDynamics or similar platforms.
Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident and ticket management.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve application issues.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries.
Awareness of cloud platforms and containerized environments (e.g. AWS Kubernetes) is a plus.
