Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support Time Management Labor and HRIS implementations upgrades testing and post-launch optimization for a large state agency. This role focuses on systems such as UKG Pro Workforce Management UKG Human Resources Service Delivery and supporting a workforce of over 4000 employees. The candidate will complete system roll-outs manage data migration/clean-up and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduler HRSD and
Complete the roll-out of HRSD (digital files) Pro WFM and Workforce Advanced Scheduler to remaining hospital locations.
Respond to SAO requests for data migration and clean-up related to the implementation of
Analyze information to determine the nature and extent of customer requirements and concerns.
Perform systems integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned.
Perform data imports and exports conducting routine checks for quality assurance and data integrity.
Maintain and update Cross Reference Tables (CRTs) look-up tables and reference materials to support changes in configuration business rules and interfaces.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner working with IT and other stakeholders to resolve problems.
Assist in the development of standards and procedures and stay informed about changes within the business community.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a related field.
PMP certification (active certification must be uploaded).
Minimum of 3 years of business analyst experience.
3 years of experience on a project team responsible for the roll-out or migration of data at an enterprise level.
3 years of general experience with excellent customer service problem-solving documentation and follow-up skills.
3 years of experience with Microsoft applications.
2 years of experience with Power BI.
Must be local to Metro Atlanta and available for hybrid work.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within an enterprise system supporting 4000 employees and staff.
Expert user of Power BI and Microsoft Office.

Engagement is contingent upon funding renewal; must start within 2 weeks of selection.
All absences over two weeks require advance management approval.
