Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations manage service team members and maintain a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the service department staff including technicians and advisors.
Ensure high-quality automotive repairs and exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement effective service department policies and procedures.
Prepare and monitor service department budgets and financial goals.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Qualifications:
Some Service Department Managerial experience in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and systems.
Ability to analyze and problem-solve effectively.
