Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise valet attendants and assign tasks to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Monitor vehicle flow and parking logistics to prevent congestion and delays.
- Train new valet staff on procedures customer service standards and safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and special requests with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys tickets and parking logs.
- Inspect vehicles for damage before and after parking; report any incidents promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and local laws.
- Communicate effectively with hotel restaurant or facility management as needed.
- Perform valet duties when necessary including parking and retrieving vehicles.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 12 years of valet or customer service experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience with valet management software or systems.
