Senior Manager Salesforce - Global Banking & Markets Engineering Toronto ON
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Manager Salesforce to lead and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem driving strategic initiatives and delivering scalable high-impact solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience a strong understanding of supporting technologies and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Salesforce strategy roadmap and execution across multiple business units
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation optimization and innovation
- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators developers and analysts
- Oversee system configuration data integrity integrations and platform enhancements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to support adjacent technologies (e.g. marketing automation analytics platforms ERP systems)
- Ensure compliance with governance security and data privacy standards
- Drive adoption of new features and capabilities through training and change management
- Act as a solution architect for complex business requirements translating them into scalable technical designs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud Service Cloud or other modules)
- Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations and enhancements
- Experience supporting and integrating other enterprise technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator Platform App Builder Architect) are a strong asset
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments preferred
