The CRM team at Stitch Fix is responsible for strengthening the relationship with our clients maximizing their value and retaining them as active clients for as long as possible. At its core Stitch Fix is a personalization service and the CRM team leverages data and insights to bring that same level of personalization to our marketing. Our ultimate goal is to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.

About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to help support and execute our complex and client-focused CRM program. This entry-level is ideal for someone eager to roll up their sleeves support the team and learn the ins and outs of CRM marketing. You will work closely with all members of the CRM team (including Developers) and contribute to delivering campaigns that create an amazing experience for our customers while driving business impact.

This is a highly executional role where the team will depend on you to keep work moving maintain processes and ensure campaigns run smoothly. Youll gain exposure to exciting strategy problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration making this an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to grow their career in CRM.

Youre excited about this opportunity because you will

• Support execution of CRM campaigns across Email Push SMS.
• Assist in the maintenance of existing Lifecycles and the creation of new ones.
• Own campaign QA and daily campaign scheduling to ensure timely accurate delivery.
• Assist in weekly and monthly reporting helping track performance and insights.
• Shadow strategic ideation for Batch Transactional and Lifecycle campaigns.
• Build relationships and collaborate with other teams across the organization including Product Engineering and Analytics.
