About the Role
Were hiring an Account Executive to help build and scale a fast-growing legal recruiting vertical within a high-velocity tech-driven recruiting marketplace.
This is a hands-on business developmentfocused role where youll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing partnerships with top law firms.
Youll leverage your background in legal recruiting to grow the verticals footprint working with leadership to expand revenue from $10M to $100M and position the platform as the go-to solution for modern legal hiring.
The ideal candidate combines strong client management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of how law firms evaluate and engage recruiting partners.
What Youll Do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from sourcing and outreach to pitching negotiation and close.
- Build and expand relationships with AM Law 100 firms top boutiques and in-house legal teams.
- Identify new market opportunities and create strategies for vertical growth.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy pricing and positioning.
- Partner cross-functionally with recruiting operations to ensure client success and retention.
- Maintain accurate forecasting pipeline visibility and performance metrics.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of experience in legal recruiting or business development within a legal agency.
- Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the law firm hiring process and legal recruiting dynamics.
- High level of ownership adaptability and curiosity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (on-site role).
