Job Summary

Senior UX Designer and nbsp;

User Experience / Product Design (40%) and nbsp;

Design experience and expertise in developing and executing strategies that improve overall user interactions with digital user-centric products and services resulting in measurable enhancements and positive user feedback and nbsp;
The ability to lead the design of complex digital services from concept to production and the ability to draw on your expertise to develop and maintain a high bar for user experience standards and performance measures and nbsp;
Demonstrated experience creating design deliverables such as mood boards collaboration boards empathy maps user flows wireframes mock-ups and interactive prototypes and nbsp;
Demonstrated experience creating deliverables such as design blueprints information architecture presentations and reports. and nbsp;
A solid understanding of generative and evaluative user research methods and how user research can be incorporated continuously in the digital product lifecycle and nbsp;
Hands-on experience creating user research plans recruiting participants facilitating user research analyzing findings and delivering insights and nbsp;
Synthesize research findings into insightful and concise user research documents such as user journey maps personas service blueprints and affinity maps. and nbsp;
Experience researching and applying industry best practices to support your design deliverables and nbsp;
The ability to incorporate web analytics visitor feedback performance metrics and other data to inform design decisions and nbsp;
Practice providing rationale for design decisions in group settings with multiple stakeholders and nbsp;
Experience with FigmaXDstudiois a must and nbsp;
Experience coding in HTML CSS and JavaScript is an asset and nbsp;

Communications (20%) and nbsp;

Ability to communicate designs in clear and understandable manner present recommendations and provide advice to the stakeholders and nbsp;
Ability to collaborate with technical experts and business subject matter experts to elicit key information relevant to user experience and service design and nbsp;
Strong facilitation skills leading design discussions and negotiations and nbsp;

and nbsp;

Agile Product Development (20%) and nbsp;

Experience working in an agile product teams and nbsp;
Demonstrated willingness to iterate work output based on feedback and nbsp;
Experience collaborating and sharing design tasks with multiple designers on complex product deliveries and nbsp;
