Your role:

• Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs.
• Planning implementing and documenting a comprehensive child development program suitable for infants and toddlers.
• Building positive and supportive relationships with children and families.
• Assuming responsibilities for primary caregiving to ensure continuity of care.
• Help coordinating the daily operations of the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Have an Infant/Toddler CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood (preferred).
• Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families preferred.
• Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families needs.
• Immunized against MMR (Measles Mumps Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus Diphtheria Pertussis).
• Must be able to pass a background check to include DHHS and fingerprinting.
