Min. years of experience in purchase 2-3 Years.

Job Description

Floating RFQs to supplier in Coordination with End user.
Follow up for Quotations.
Comparison Bid tab (SAR and BAS) and discuss with Purchasing Head If required to do the 1st Cut negotiation.
Releasing the PO through SAP.
Track of each purchase requisition escalate to Purchasing head wherever required.
Supplier addition documents follow up with supplier and addition in to the system.
Solving the payment and invoice related grievances between Tenneco and supplier.
On time response to end user for the PR.
Can be work on scrap disposal proposals.
Atten the engineering meetings for NPD (Tooling and Components).

Required Competency:

Well versed with Indirect Material procurement Process and supplier database within Pune area.
Knowledge about SAP.
Knowledge about the Engineering drawing.
Initiative taker.
Good team player can work in cross functions.
Knowledge about the cost break down in Stamping Rubber moulding Process.
Purchasing acumen.
Supplier development
