Job Summary
- Support manage purchasing activities for new vehicle projects ensuring QCD performance.
- Support manage sourcing plans and supplier strategies together with line side.
- Support manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure milestone achievement and contract commitments.
- Animate and manage the Project Buyers Team.
- Report project indicators and QCD performance to GPPM.
- On project scope.
Software Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of automotive purchasing processes and supplier management.
- Knowledge of QCD principles and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with industrialization phases and vehicle development cycles.
- Experience with tools such as ANPQP ARC/ASC and Design to Cost.
- Understanding of global sourcing and localization strategies.
Project Management Skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in milestone tracking and contract management.
- Project Management (e.g. PMP Agile Methodoly or similar) desirable.
Leadership & Communication
- Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Capacity to influence and align teams with strategic goals.

Experience:
- Significant experience in project management and purchasing preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Design to Cost Cost Campaign and Monozukuri methodologies.
- Familiarity with QCD tools and automotive sourcing processes.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Supply Chain or related fields.
- Masters degree is a plus.
Languages:
- Fluent English
- Spanish would be considered a plus
