Salary and Benefits
- Salary range of $170000 to $185000 annually (based on experience)
- 5 weeks of paid time off (PTO)
- Medical dental and vision insurance (including spouse or domestic partner coverage)

- 401(k) with 100% match up to 3% and 50% match on the next 2% with a 3-year vesting schedule
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $3000 and 5 days

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive family practice services in a near-site employer-sponsored clinic
- Deliver proactive relationship-centered primary care to patients aged 2 and older
- Conduct 20-minute follow-ups and 60-minute annual wellness visits
- See 515 patients daily depending on season
- Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on wellness and prevention
- Dispense medications on-site and work alongside MAs and APPs
- Utilize available translation services to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients
Requirements
- Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience
- Bilingual Fluent in Spanish highly preferred
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan (ages 2)
Work Schedule
Week 1
- Monday: 8am5pm
- Tuesday: 10am7pm
- WednesdayFriday: 8am5pm
Week 2
- Monday: Off
- Tuesday Wednesday Friday: 8am5pm
- Thursday: 10am7pm
- Saturday: 8am5pm
