CNS - RISK - FSRM :

Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures risk data modeling and analytics reporting to stakeholders and third parties business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation) analysis of assets and liabilities and capital and liquidity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain test automation frameworks for UI and backend testing using Java and Selenium.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for web applications APIs and microservices.
• Develop robust test scripts for cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab or equivalent).
• Collaborate with developers product owners and DevOps engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Perform API testing using tools/frameworks like RestAssured Postman or Karate.
• Validate backend processes including database validations message queues and service integrations.
• Ensure automation scripts are reusable maintainable and scalable.
• Report track and analyze test results providing clear defect documentation.
• Advocate for automation-first and shift-left testing practices across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimun 4 years of experience into Automation testing
• Strong programming skills inJava (Java 8 or higher).
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
• Experience with API automation frameworks (e.g. RestAssured Karate or similar).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like TestNG JUnit or Cucumber.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and integration of automation scripts in pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Hands-on experience with SQL for backend/database testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA Azure DevOps Rally).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies SDLC and Agile practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter Gatling).
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing (Sauce Labs BrowserStack).
• Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber Serenity).
• Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker Kubernetes).
• Basic understanding of service virtualization for testing complex integrations.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Proactive approach to improving automation coverage and testing efficiency.
