Position Summary:
Ownership of certification planning and assuring compliance with quality policies and procedures. Partners with cross functional leaders to audit internal processes and coordinate with certification clerks and ID inspectors to maintain quality standards. Plans activities concerned with application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes materials and products by performing the following duties.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages 5 to 10 Quality Analyst(s) and/or Quality Technician(s). Is responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of these individuals. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Companys policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
