Junior Group Internal Auditor

You will be part of our Group Finance team in our HQ this role you will report to the Senior Group Internal Auditor who will provide daily coaching and guidance while the overall responsibility and leadership lie with the Head of Internal this role you will get the chance to learn and be coached by our Senior Group Internal Auditor. The team is an international and entrepreneurial managing the exponential growth of our company with great passion - challenging the status quo and evolving rapidly. We work together in close collaboration with the Finance Teams in the Business Units of Europe and North America. All team members contribute to driving the internal audit agenda on different key functions such as: Production Safety Procurement HR Finance and Commerce.

The position

We are looking for someone who can strengthen our team and contribute to the annual Internal Audit agenda. Interesting about this role is that we are not only looking for someone who wants adjustments but also someone who is a true advisor to the business coming up with ways to improve and helping them to be able to do so. Our ambition is to meet the company compliance standards and focus on continuous your role you support the modernization in the Internal Audit by identifying and driving implementations of opportunities to complete the audit work more efficiently. So in our approach we do not only report on the issues and concerns but we will work with the different functional teams to lead and work on solutions for the findings with action plans and operational efficiency. This is how we bring it to the finish line together.

Your role in short

• You will travel and carry out audits locally in our business units in Europe and the US together with the team
• You will work out the findings and propose possible solutions
• Ad-hoc internal audit and improvement solutions for a Business Unit will be performed by you
• Sox testing is continuously on the agenda
• You provide your stakeholders which are all over the world with daily oversight and support
• You are familiar with prioritizing issues based on relevance significance and impact to the organization
• Process improvements problem solving and always seeking opportunities for process improvements costs savings and optimization

About you:

• Masters degree in Finance or a related field completed or near completion with the ambition to launch and grow your career
• You enjoy finance and people and have excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong advantage.
• Excited to travel with the team to our international facilities all over the world at least 50% of the time
• Results-driven detail-oriented able to manage multiple priorities and being flexible on the way.
• You foster a strong morale and team spirit with a problem solving and hands on mindset
• You act and operate in a highly entrepreneurial way and to establish a strong internal network.
• You provide your stakeholders which are all over the world with daily oversight and support
