Level 3 IT Solutions Apprenticeship - Advansys Technologies Limited

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our team as an IT Software Support Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for IT and software who can quickly learn new skills understand software workflows and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Apprenticeship Overview

Salary: 7.55 an hour Automatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19 year olds
Working Week: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm with a 1 hour break
Hours: 30 hours per week
Duration: 18 months
Level 3 IT Solutions Technician standard qualification
Online training supported by our dedicated tutor
Location: 167-169 Great Portland StreetLondon W1W 5PF
Website: as the first line of support answering calls and responding to client queries in clear professional English.

Assist in providing technical and software support to clients and internal users.

Learn and understand our software products in depth to provide effective user training and support.

Create and manage system configurations as part of client setup and ongoing maintenance.

Train users on how to use the software effectively and resolve basic technical issues.

Log track and resolve support requests in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the development and support teams to improve user experience and system performance.
