PROCESS : Business Solutions / Pre-Sales
JOB TITLE : Manager/ Senior Manager - Solutions
REPORTING TO : Director - Solutions
ROLE:
Solution Development
Skill sets Required.
- Domain expertise in either of the areas:
- Real World Data
- Scoping of Real-World Data Curation or Real-World Data projects
- Scoping of Data Curation projects for the use of research clinical trials analysis work
- Clinical Trial Data Entry/Curation Ability to scope staffing projects for sites requiring data entry protocol management or data governance for clinical trials
- Operation management experience in work assignment running and creating reports client dashboard client presentations proposal building project scoping
- Transitions and implementations experience.
- Analytics create staffing strategies work assignment strategies digitalization of processes.
- Understanding of different pricing methodologies like transaction based contingency based FTE based. Experience in creating them will be an added advantage.
Job descriptions as part of the Pre-Sales and Solutions team you will -
- Support on any due diligence and discovery workshops
- Support on Solutions / Pricing
- Drive meetings maintain minutes to ensure stakeholders are aware of the scope of the RFP and timely follow up on open items.
- Ensure timely completion of customer submission documents adhering to deadlines
- Work with Sales team/Client services and all internal support teams to respond RFP RFIs and other pre-sales deliverables
- Ensure successful conversion to a Win.
- Maintain a culture of high customer service both internal and external and
- Continue to build domain capability in chosen sub-domain including keeping updated on new technology regulations etc.
PREREQUISITES TO HIRE
- Ability to lead discussions with U.S based clients and across internal team
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Medium to advanced level skill in MS office tools like excel power point visio etc.
- Should be comfortable with overlap shifts
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION :
- Graduate from any stream with minimum 10 to 12 years of Exp in US Healthcare Industry (Payer or Provider or Both)
- Strong Analytical skills
