Job Summary
Heres what youll be doing
Were looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team; someone motivated to develop their skills and expertise and make a real impact on our business from day one. This role is a great opportunity to get a wide breadth of legal experience tackling everything from large-scale global deals to essential day-to-day legal tasks.
Youll be a key part of our team helping us navigate a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of legal challenges.
As one of our lawyers youll:
- Provide clear practical and effective legal advice across a wide range of legal matters.
- Prioritise a varied workload and thrive under pressure making quick sound decisions.
- Draft review and negotiate a diverse range of contracts and legal documents.
- Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to various stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
- Work collaboratively with the legal team and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Take ownership of tasks and actively chase to get things done ensuring projects keep moving forward.
Were looking for someone who is:
- A UK-qualified solicitor
- Proactive and keen to develop their legal expertise across a wide range of practice areas.
- A team player who isnt afraid of the hard graft and is willing to tackle any task no matter how big or small.
- An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- Organised and able to effectively prioritise a demanding workload.
- Motivated to work in a dynamic in-house environment.
