We are currently recruiting for a registrar to join a busy Emergency Department in a major regional hospital offering a unique opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and challenging environment.
About the Hospital:
- Level 4 ED: The hospitals ED is a Level 4 clinical service capability providing comprehensive emergency care to both adult and paediatric patients.
- Annual Presentations: The ED manages over 81000 presentations annually reflecting the hospitals critical role in the regions healthcare delivery.
- Advanced Facilities: The department is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including resuscitation bays high dependency units and dedicated areas for paediatric and mental health patients.
- Staffing: The ED is staffed by a dedicated team of medical professionals including consultants registrars and nursing staff all committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Role Highlights:
- Diverse Caseload: Manage a wide range of emergency cases from trauma to medical emergencies providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Previous experience in emergency medicine is desirable; however motivated candidates with a strong interest in emergency care will also be considered.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required by the departments roster.
