THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR AUTO SERVICE ADVISOR
Your work week will typically span Monday through Friday with the occasional Saturday as needed. As an Auto Service Advisor youll be the friendly face our customers turn to for guidance. Imagine your day filled with welcoming vehicle owners explaining service options and scheduling appointments. No prior automotive experience is required we value a genuine passion for helping others above all else.
Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. This means coordinating service appointments efficiently keeping customers informed and maintaining detailed records. Your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will help create a seamless experience leaving customers with a smile.
All that we ask is that you meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in customer service retail sales or hospitality
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
