HR Generalist (part-time) - Your future position

As an HR Generalist you will support the HR activities across different sites in Central and Eastern Europe ensuring alignment with our HR objectives corporate guidelines and local policies. You will focus on execution operating with guidance and limited supervision to ensure effective HR operations and employee support.

You will be based in Budapest Hungary (hybrid role) and will report to the Regional HRBP CEE.

This role is part-time.

Your main responsibilities will include:

HR Execution & Operations

• Implement and administer HR programs policies and compliance measures across multiple HR domains

• Support employee lifecycle activities including hiring onboarding termination and records management

• Assist in compensation and benefits processes ensuring competitiveness and compliance

• Coordinate HR-related training and talent development initiatives to enhance workforce capability

• Use HR technology and systems (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping and operational efficiency

HR Processes & Compliance

• Support streamlined HR processes to enhance efficiency compliance and employee experience

• Help with workforce mobility including domestic and international relocation and immigration services

• Ensure compliance with employment laws regulations and internal policies

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies performance management and career development

• Support projects that foster an inclusive positive and high-performing work culture

• Facilitate access to employee well-being resources and programs

• Support occupational health compliance in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

• Support the development and communication of HR policies and compliance practices

Your professional profile:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field

• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR functions in an international or multi-location organization

• Fluency in English

• Experience managing HR operations while collaborating with partners

• Knowledge of labour relations employment law and HR compliance

• Familiarity with HRIS and digital HR tools
