At Wolt we create technology that brings joy simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. What youll be doing
- Spotting and securing the best new venues out there mapping the market building relationships and bringing top-quality partners to Wolt.
- Taking ownership of new deals/venues ensuring every venue is set up for success through smart selection smooth onboarding and continuous performance follow-up.
- Keeping a close eye on quality using data feedback and regular check-ins to make sure our partners (and their customers!) are always satisfied.
- Sharing insights from our partners with our product marketing and operations teams to help make Wolt even better.
- Acting as the go-to link between our operations and retail partners making sure communication is clear collaboration is easy and results are great.
Our humble expectations
- Field sales experience is a great bonus to have - ears of experience in working with partner accounts onboarding or business development or the motivation to learn & develop.
- Self-starter reliable team player with the ability to deliver results on-time and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Structured detailed and service-oriented.
- You have strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact.
- You have a proactive mentality - an independent thinker who can work with limited guidance but can deliver a successful outcome through grit and determination.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
- Fluent in Greek with a professional working level of English.
- Drivers license (B) is mandatory for this role
