THE POSITION:
Were looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Manager Executive Administrationto lead and elevate the administrative operations that support our Senior Leadership Team. This role blends strategic coordination with hands-on execution ensuring the executive office runs efficiently and effectively.
Executive Leadership Administration
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a member of the senior leadership team including scheduling travel coordination and expense reporting.

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and prioritize competing demands.

  • Prepare correspondence reports presentations and other documentation with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

  • Coordinate leadership meetings offsites and company-wide events including logistics agendas and materials.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

  • Act as a liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Support operational processes such as invoice tracking procurement and recordkeeping.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team efficiency.

Administrative Team Leadership
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a member of the senior leadership team including scheduling travel coordination and expense reporting.

  • Oversee daily operations of the executive office and serve as a central point of coordination for senior leadership activities.

  • Lead mentor and develop a team of administrative professionals promoting best practices and high standards of support.
  • Serve as a bridge between executives and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clarity accountability and follow-through.
THE DETAILS:
  • Location: Denver CO 5 days in office Monday-Friday
  • Travel: Minimal up to 10%
  • Compensation: $ 125000 to $145000 with 10% Bonus
