We are looking for an inspiring and driven Store Manager to lead our team at Albany store. Heres whats on offer:
Role Store Manager
- Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
- Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
- Salary: $60000
What your day will look like
Leading the store day-to-day and taking ownership of its success
Coaching mentoring and empowering your team to reach their full potential
Driving sales and motivating the team to hit and exceed targets
Recruiting onboarding and developing new team members
Delivering a customer experience that reflects who we are as a brand
Creating and maintaining a strong inclusive team culture
Youll thrive in this role if you
Have leadership experience in retail and are passionate about developing others
Are confident adaptable and ready to take ownership
Bring strong sales drive and a commercial mindset
Are people-focused you love leading a team and connecting with your customers
Know how to manage operations while keeping the energy high on the floor
