Job Title: Assistant Manager Global HR Shared Services

Role Summary:
The Global HRSS Assistant Manager / Manager will be responsible for delivering consistent compliant and efficient HR services across multiple geographies including the US Philippines Colombia and India. This role supports global HR operations transformation initiatives automation efforts and ensures alignment with statutory and organizational policies. The incumbent will collaborate with HR Business Partners COEs and regional HR teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Tactical Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent and compliant HR service delivery across geographies.
- Align global HR processes to ensure standardization across US PH Colombia and India.
- Maintain awareness and adherence to statutory requirements in respective regions (e.g. DOLE in PH Indian labor laws).
- Contribute to global transformation initiatives including transitions automation and HRIS enhancements.
Operational Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit across supported regions.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across HR systems; manage issue resolution and enhancement tracking.
- Ensure service delivery excellence through adherence to SLAs KPIs and CSAT metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional HR and business teams to ensure seamless operations.
Analytical Responsibilities
- Generate and publish HRSS metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure audit readiness by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or optimization strategies.
Technological Responsibilities
- Leverage AI tools and chatbots to enhance employee self-service and query resolution.
- Utilize RPA to automate repetitive HR tasks such as onboarding document generation and payroll inputs.
- Build and interpret dashboards using Power BI Tableau or Excel with Power Query.
- Use collaborative platforms for workflow automation and communication; experience with Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
Region-Specific Compliance (Philippines Focus)
- Align HR processes with DOLE regulations and circulars.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory deductions (SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG BIR).
- Maintain compliant employment contracts and classifications.
- Monitor labor law updates and implement necessary policy changes.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with due process.
Required Skills & Experience
- 610 years of experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations with at least 2 years in a global role.
- Strong understanding of global HR processes compliance and service delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday Oracle HCM SAP SuccessFactors).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures and time zones.
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and dashboarding.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Experience working in a shared services or global delivery center environment handling PH US & Colombia regions.
- Certifications in HR Analytics HRIS or Process Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) are an added advantage.
