Job Summary
Job Description:
Perkins Coie is searching for a highly analytical detail-oriented and proactive Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Department. Reporting to the Senior Pricing Manager this key team member will play a critical role in providing pricing analysis and consultation to support firm-wide initiatives. The Pricing Analyst will assist in the implementation and education of pricing tools develop templates maintain a comprehensive pricing content library and support the creation of client-appropriate fee arrangements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with pricing initiatives to improve customer service delivery
- Create pricing scenarios for fee arrangement development
- Support development and administration of pricing tools
- Provide timely accurate and relevant client/matter financial information
- Build forecasting models considering multiple levers and outcomes
- Analyze data sets provide commentaries and align conclusions to audience
- Proactively assess impact of historic data on future outcomes
- Identify opportunities for automation in pricing processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Be present at work during regularly scheduled working hours and as needed consistent with the firms attendance expectations

- SQL & Microsoft SharePoint experience
- Theoretical/logical problem-solving approach
- Highly numerate methodical and meticulous
EDUCATION LICENSES CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Finance Law Accounting Statistics or Business
- Minimum of 3 years professional financial experience
- Law firm service firm or related experience
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams

- Spreadsheet & Data Analysis: Microsoft Excel (advanced functions Power Query PivotTables) Google Sheets
- Financial Reporting Tools: Power BI

This position may be filled in the following location(s). The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience skills market conditions and internal equity.
Illinois compensation range: $83510 to $125780 annually
San Diego compensation range: $90980 to $137030 annually
New York compensation range: $91820 to $138290 annually
Washington state compensation range: $83470 to $125720 annually
Washington D.C. compensation range: $90150 to $135780 annually
Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
