Job Summary

Starting wage is $16.50/hr

As an Enterprise Supervisor you willhelp individuals with disabilities gain appropriate social and work habits attitudes and skills and to organize and supervise shop activities to meet realistic production needs. The shop includes training as appropriate to individuals in an array of general shop/woodworking duties required to operate a wide variety of hand tools and equipment such as drill presses saws sanders pointers crimpers etc.

Schedule:Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Train and supervise associates at work stations
Keep time sheets production charts and other related records/reports
Monitor inventories to meet production requirements
Loading and unloading of trucks
Quality control of product
Set up and maintain minor machinery

Qualifications include:

Possess current and valid drivers license and auto insurance and maintain a good driving record
High School diploma or GED
Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening Driving Record TB test)
