    We are seeking a driven and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in GMN. This role will be based in Houston Texas and will be focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector with a particular emphasis on new capital projects and FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the project lifecycle in the energy industry and a proven track record of building relationships with EPCs operators and engineering firms.

    How you will do it:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector focusing on early-stage project development and FEED studies.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including project managers procurement teams and engineering consultants.

    • Monitor and track upcoming projects through industry databases market intelligence and networking.

    • Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.

    • Represent GMN at industry events trade shows and client meetings.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline development and customer interactions using CRM tools.

    • Provide regular market feedback and competitor intelligence to inform strategy.

    What we look for:

    • Industry Experience: Minimum of 35 years in field sales within the Oil & Gas energy or industrial sectors. Experience working with EPCs operators and engineering firms is essential.

    • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field (preferred).

    • Project Knowledge: Strong understanding of the project lifecycle particularly the FEED and EPC phases. Familiarity with capital project development procurement processes and technical solution selling.

    • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities developing client relationships and closing complex sales deals. Comfortable managing long sales cycles and navigating large stakeholder environments.

    • Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts related to Oil & Gas infrastructure equipment or services.

    • Relationship Building: Skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers influencers and technical stakeholders.

    • Market Intelligence: Proficient in tracking industry trends project announcements and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.

    • CRM & Reporting: Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to manage pipeline forecast sales and report activity.

    • Additional certifications in sales project management or energy sector technologies are a plus.

    Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $(Salary to be determined by the education experienceknowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.)
