Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers helping to resolve issues answer questions and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and a passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email chat or social media.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions transactions and feedback.
Provide product/service information and technical support where applicable.
Process orders forms applications and requests.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM systems email and basic computer applications.
Empathetic patient and genuinely passionate about helping others.
