Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers helping to resolve issues answer questions and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and a passion for helping people.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email chat or social media.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions transactions and feedback.

  • Provide product/service information and technical support where applicable.

  • Process orders forms applications and requests.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems email and basic computer applications.

  • Empathetic patient and genuinely passionate about helping others.
