Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable CDL-A Driver who is a team player and ready to do more than just drive. The CDL-A Driver will perform a hybrid role consisting of approximately 30% driving and 70% warehouse and forklift work. This position requires flexibility attention to safety and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CDL vehicles for local or regional deliveries (approx. 30% of the time).
Assist in warehouse operations including loading unloading staging and organizing materials.
Use a forklift to move and secure freight (certification preferred but training available).
Secure loads properly following DOT regulations and company standards.
Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines including DOT requirements.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a fast-paced hands-on environment.

Requirements

Valid CDL (Class A) with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse work.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to take instruction.
Prior forklift experience or certification is a plus.
Must be reliable punctual and safety-focused.
