Automotive Office Manager Albuquerque NM

Were looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Office Manager to join our dealership in Albuquerque New Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive accounting dealership operations and administrative leadership. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay benefits and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all office operations including accounting payroll and title work

  • Manage accounting schedules bank reconciliations and financial statements

  • Supervise office staff and ensure timely completion of daily tasks

  • Process vehicle deals including contracts DMV paperwork and funding

  • Coordinate with sales service and parts departments to maintain accurate records

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Support management with reporting budgets and month-end closings

Qualifications

  • 3 years of automotive office/accounting experience (dealership preferred)

  • Knowledge of CDK Dealertrack Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
