Part-Time UIUX Designer (Work From Home)

This is a remote position.

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
• Conduct user research usability testing and data-driven analysis to optimize user journeys and interaction flows.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Develop and maintain a design system or component library to ensure consistency across digital products.
• Ensure designs are optimized for performance accessibility and cross-platform responsiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users stakeholders and usability testing sessions to refine and enhance designs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• A bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  
• Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.
  
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs. (NOTE: Provide a link to your portfolio within your resume.)
  
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
  
• Strong knowledge of wireframing prototyping and interaction design principles.
  
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
  
• Experience conducting user research usability testing and A/B testing.
  
• Understanding of responsive design accessibility (WCAG standards) and mobile-first design principles.
  
• Ability to analyze user behavior and apply data-driven insights to improve designs.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
