About Company: Our client is a financial technology company dedicated to building innovative solutions that redefine how businesses and individuals interact with digital financial services.
The company is seeking to hire an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join its growing technology team. S/he will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the products by developing maintaining and executing automated tests across web mobile and API layers.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers product managers and designers to ensure that their solutions meet the highest standards of performance usability and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Test mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications for functionality performance usability and security.
Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts using Selenium Appium pytest and Cucumber frameworks.
Perform functional regression integration UAT exploratory and performance testing.
Conduct API testing using Postman Newman or pytest.
Implement and maintain automation frameworks following the Page Object Model (POM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate features and provide actionable feedback.
Document and track defects in Jira or similar tools.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins GitLab or GitHub Actions.
Execute database testing and validate data integrity using SQL and MongoDB Compass.
Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter or Blazemeter.
Ensure compliance with fintech standards such as KYC AML and PCI DSS.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
4 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies tools and processes.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium Appium and pytest.
Hands-on experience testing mobile apps web applications and APIs.
Experience with version control tools (Git GitHub).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Prior experience in fintech is required.
