About Company: Our client is a financial technology company dedicated to building innovative solutions that redefine how businesses and individuals interact with digital financial services.
The company is seeking to hire an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join its growing engineering team. S/he will play a critical role in maintaining and improving their infrastructure automating deployment pipelines and ensuring the scalability reliability and security of their systems.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers product teams and other stakeholders to deliver world-class fintech solutions. S/he will be hands-on in developing infrastructure as code optimizing CI/CD processes and contributing to high-availability systems that power our payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design implement and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Automate deployment monitoring and operations using Terraform Ansible and other modern tools.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Configure and manage databases such as MySQL MongoDB Redis Elasticsearch and Cassandra.
Develop automation scripts using Python Bash Groovy or Perl.
Optimize system performance with a focus on high availability scalability and reliability.
Implement and monitor system alerts to ensure rapid issue detection and resolution.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and improve system design.
Manage and enhance networking components including VPCs VPNs firewalls and DNS configurations.
Maintain best practices for cloud security monitoring and data protection.
Document infrastructure architecture processes and operational procedures.
Requirements
6 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or System Engineer.
Strong proficiency in Python and automation scripting.
Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2 ECS ECR RDS Route53 S3 SES Redshift ElastiCache etc.).
Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Hands-on experience with Docker Kubernetes and other containerization technologies.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins Travis Drone or Spinnaker.
Solid understanding of DNS SSL Git and networking fundamentals.
Experience with monitoring tools and log management systems.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance optimization.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
