Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Onboarding
o Scout shortlist and select potential candidates for onboarding as Fresh
Distributors (FDs) or Heritage Happiness Points (HHPs).
o Conduct viability assessments of prospective partners and ensure alignment
with business requirements.
2. Infrastructure & Branding
o Finalize property/location for FDs/HHPs in coordination with stakeholders.
o Facilitate shop branding and ensure creation of chilling spaces/infrastructure
as per company standards.
3. Consumer & Retailer Activation
o Execute product sampling activities coupon distribution and other awareness
campaigns to build brand recall.
o Drive consumer engagement initiatives in assigned geographies.
4. Retail Network Creation
o Establish a proper retail network in the assigned territory before the
onboarding of FDs/HHPs.
o Ensure that the network is mapped activated and aligned to support future
distribution operations.
5. Stabilization & Handover
o Post-launch work closely with the respective FD/HHP for 12 weeks to
stabilize day-to-day operations.
o Provide support in initial supply chain order-taking and retailer servicing
until operations are steady.
o Hand over the FD/HHP to the respective sales team for further nurturing and
growth.
