Position : Trainer - CCE ( Customer care Executive )

Domain- Skill Development

Location : Tamluk

Salary: Negotiable

Qualification & Experience : Any Diploma / Graduate with minimum 2-3 year as a CCE/ CRM / ITES Trainer

Job Description:

Take care of End to end development of candidate over the subject

Keep record of daily class attendance & monitor class progress

Conduct theory & practice sessions along with field visits

Submit all reports timely to center head and HO

communicate timely with center manager and HO

Effective delivery of training both theoretical and practical.

Ensuring the 100% attendance of the batch

Ensuring the optimum number of passing percentage

Taking effective participation in placement.

Guide mobilizers for the right candidate.


Requirements

Profile of a desire candidate :

Good Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies aligned
with audience profile

Presentable Motivator and good leadership skills

Good people management and interpersonal skills

Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques

Required Skills:

Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation sales or a related role. Strong research skills and proficiency in using lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator HubSpot ZoomInfo). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients. Familiarity with CRM software and email automation tools. Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred). Preferred Skills Experience with B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead nurturing strategies. Ability to analyze lead data and adjust strategies accordingly.
