Internal Sales Consultant

What you will do

Reporting to the AIM Sales Manager the inside seller will focus on lead generation by prospecting new customers. Support the Account Managers with appointments and new customer set up.

How you will do it

• Make introduction calls to customers to identify needs build quotes and close sales
• Produce quotes to our customers using correct pricing tools
• Engage with the Administration Team
• Provide excellent customer service managing customer expectations and providing regular updates
• Make calls to secure orders within specific time frames
• Ad hoc admin tasks

What we look for

• Computer literate - to be able to use outlook word excel and internal systems (training will be provided on these)
• Sales experience with B2B knowledge
• Excellent over the phone sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload
• Well organized and self-motivated to contribute to an overall team goal
• Be able to work to targets and meet KPIs set
• Product knowledge in the fire suppression / HVAC/ Fire & Security business is desirable but not essential
