About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic youll join the foundational team at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity SaaS solution to large enterprise organizations across France and Southern Europe. Youll drive the adoption of safe frontier AI by securing strategic deals with major corporations technology companies and research institutions. Youll leverage your consultative sales expertise in the enterprise sector to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to enterprise stakeholders helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across business operations research and collaboration with GTM Product and Marketing teams youll continuously refine our value proposition sales methodology and market positioning to resonate with enterprise decision-makers in the French market.

Responsibilities:

  • Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the enterprise sector across France. Navigate complex enterprise organizations to reach key decision-makers educate them about our services and help them succeed with Anthropic. Youll own the full sales cycle from first outbound contact to close
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to enterprise procurement cycles and budgeting processes to meet and exceed revenue quotas. Analyze enterprise market landscapes trends and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns
  • Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within enterprise departments innovation centers and operational offices. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings for enterprise applications
  • Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder ecosystems including executives administrators IT departments and procurement offices to build consensus across French business culture and practices
  • Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from enterprise users and conveying market needs from the French enterprise landscape. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition for enterprise customers
  • Continuously refine the enterprise sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks templates and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimize sales productivity and consistency

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise technology in SaaS or emerging technologies
  • Specialised sales industries experience: Telco Manufacturing Retail Energy and Utilities
  • A track record of managing complex sales cycles within large enterprise organizations and securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and business use cases
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate enterprise bureaucracies and procurement processes building consensus among diverse stakeholders including executives administrators and IT departments
  • Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within enterprise procurement frameworks and policies
  • Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in the enterprise sector by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various enterprise audiences from technical teams and business analysts to senior executives
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles decision-making processes and key pain points particularly within the French market
  • A strategic analytical approach to assessing the enterprise market combined with creative tactical execution to capture opportunities
  • A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications in enterprise environments. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically for business use

Vous favoriserez ladoption dune IA sûre et de pointe en concluant des accords stratégiques avec de grandes entreprises des sociétés technologiques et des instituts de recherche. Vous mettrez à profit votre expertise en vente consultative dans le secteur des entreprises pour stimuler la croissance du chiffre daffaires tout en devenant un partenaire de confiance pour les parties prenantes. Vous les accompagnerez dans lintégration et le déploiement de lIA en explorant tout son potentiel dans les opérations commerciales la recherche et ladministration. En collaboration avec les équipes GTM Produit et Marketing vous affinerez continuellement notre proposition de valeur notre méthodologie de vente et notre positionnement sur le marché afin de répondre aux besoins des décideurs des grandes entreprises sur le marché français.

Responsabilités :

  • Développez le portefeuille clients et stimulez les revenus dAnthropic dans le secteur des grandes entreprises en France. Naviguez au sein dorganisations complexes pour identifier les décideurs clés les informer sur nos services et les accompagner vers le succès avec Anthropic. Vous serez responsable de lensemble du cycle de vente depuis le premier contact jusquà la conclusion.
  • Concevoir et exécuter des stratégies de vente innovantes adaptées aux cycles dapprovisionnement et aux processus budgétaires des entreprises afin datteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de chiffre daffaires. Analyser les paysages les tendances et la dynamique du marché des entreprises pour transformer les plans stratégiques en activités et campagnes de vente ciblées.
  • Mener lexpansion du marché en identifiant de nouveaux cas dutilisation au sein des départements de lentreprise des centres dinnovation et des bureaux opérationnels. Collaborer de manière inter-fonctionnelle pour différencier nos offres destinées aux applications en entreprise.
  • Naviguer dans les écosystèmes complexes des parties prenantes de lentreprise notamment les dirigeants les administrateurs les services informatiques et les bureaux dapprovisionnement pour parvenir à un consensus sur la culture et les pratiques commerciales françaises.
  • Alimenter les feuilles de route et les caractéristiques des produits en recueillant les retours des entreprises utilisatrices et en traduisant les besoins du marché français des grandes entreprises. Fournir des informations qui renforcent notre proposition de valeur pour les entreprises clientes
  • Affiner continuellement la méthodologie de vente de lentreprise en intégrant les enseignements dans les guides les modèles et les meilleures pratiques. Identifier les améliorations des processus qui optimisent la productivité et la cohérence des ventes.

Profil recherché :

  • Langue maternelle française avec dexcellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français
  • Maîtrise courante de langlais pour la collaboration avec des équipes mondiales
  • Un minimum de 5ans dexpérience en vente B2B dans le domaine des technologies dentreprise de préférence dans le SaaS ou les technologies émergentes
  • Un historique réussi de gestion de cycles de vente complexes au sein de grandes entreprises avec la conclusion de contrats stratégiques grâce à une compréhension à la fois des exigences techniques et des cas dutilisation métier.
  • Capacité démontrée à naviguer dans les processus administratifs et dapprovisionnement des entreprises en mobilisant ladhésion des différents intervenants y compris les dirigeants les administrateurs et les services informatiques.
  • Expérience approfondie dans la négociation daccords complexes au sein des cadres et politiques dapprovisionnement des entreprises
  • Expérience avérée dans le dépassement des objectifs de chiffre daffaires dans le secteur des entreprises en maîtrisant un pipeline et un processus de vente en constante évolution
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à présenter avec assurance devant divers publics dentreprise des équipes techniques et des analystes commerciaux aux cadres supérieurs.
  • Connaissance approfondie des cycles dachat des entreprises des processus de décision et des principaux points de friction en particulier sur le marché français.
  • Une approche stratégique et analytique pour évaluer le marché des entreprises combinée à une exécution créative et tactique pour saisir les opportunités
  • Une passion pour et/ou une expérience avec les systèmes dintelligence artificielle avancés et leurs applications dans les environnements dentreprise. Vous tenez fermement à ce que les systèmes dIA de pointe soient développés de manière sûre et éthique pour un usage professionnel

The expectedbase compensation for this position is below. Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity benefits and may include incentive compensation.

Annual Salary:

205.000 - 255.000 EUR

Logistics

Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However some roles may require more time in our offices.
