Role: QA Analyst - Salesforce
Job Description:
57 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing within the Wealth & Asset Management domain
Strong understanding of Trading and Funds Lifecycle Processes
Experience with financial platforms such as RBroker Broadridge and Thick Client applications
Hands-on experience in testing applications built on legacy mainframe systems Oracle/PLSQL and FileNet
Minimum 34 years of QA experience in the Canadian Finance domain
Proven experience in Salesforce testing including functional and integration validation
Skilled in writing and executing complex SQL and SOQL queries for data validation and test data preparation
Experience in Integration testing and Database testing
Strong familiarity with collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira Confluence and Microsoft Teams
Experience leading and managing QA teams (57 members) in an onshore-offshore delivery model
Ability to function as an individual contributor while also guiding team efforts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams and clients
Highly detail-oriented with a focus on quality consistency and process adherenc
