Job Summary

The Data & AI Tribethe centralized data & analytics team within Client Names agile at-scale organizationis responsible for creating data products that turn data into a competitive advantage: every interaction with our customer is hyper-personalized every key customer experience is made smarter by AI and every important decision we make is informed by data.

Within the Data & AI Tribe the analytics team is responsible for co-creating transformative AI products with the business through intelligence building and experimentation. Creating value proof points and sustainable solutions is at the heart of our DNA. We cover the full breadth of the organization: hyper-personalized marketing campaigns customer experience transformation smart network rollout and maintenance intelligent home connectivity and more. We are a multidisciplinary team (approximately 35 members) consisting of data strategists data scientists MLOPS engineers and CRM & data analysts.

Requirements

You have strong data business and leadership skills:

Strategic thinking holds no secrets for you.
A keen understanding of how data can be used to drive business.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to deliver an impactful message to senior leadership.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
You can lead and coach multiple small teams of data experts.
A strong background in management consulting is a (major) plus with a valued skillset including presentation design business cases prioritization project management stakeholder management written communication and presentation skills (pyramid principle).
You have a can-do mentality an agile mindset and experience in dealing with changes in an organization.
You speak fluent English and Dutch.
You have a Masters degree or equivalent through experience and 1015 years of relevant experience (management consulting data strategy data science product management).
