About the opportunity

The key role will include overseeing care service delivery across all support streams. Working within a rights-based person-centred framework collaborating with participants their supporters and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate tailed response and inclusive support.

Look for opportunities to expand new and current business by developing and maintaining relationships with local networks health professionals and assessment agencies.

You will also be required to provide evidence of or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current NDIS check

  • Current drivers license

  • Community Sector experience & qualifications
