About the role:
This position is situated within the Forest Hill office and is responsible for assisting in managing the provision of administration support to the Area Managers Eastern Services; the Senior Admin Officer Out of Home Care and the Family Services teams in Eastern Metro.
The Administration Officer is located within the Forest Hill office and reports to the Senior Administration Officer. The Administration Officer will support the functioning of the Forest Hill office including liaison with support staff from MacKillops central office and staff from a wide range of government and non-government agencies.
The Administration Officer will have oversight of the local integration and alignment of all back office functions including contracting and standards development policy development community relations finance and business services and human resource management in partnership with Melbourne based executive members and their teams.
The Administration Officer will be responsible for supporting the staff and programs across the Eastern Services and for compliance requirements in the Forest Hill office while also providing support to the North and South regions.
This is a Fixed-Term Full-Time opportunity based in Forest Hill VIC within our Eastern Metro Program. The position reports to the Senior Administration Officer NSE (VIC).
