Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Were looking for a Senior Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer who brings both deep technical expertise and a can-do this role youll design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that connect Power Platform and D365 applications helping our teams work smarter faster and more efficiently.

• Design build and maintain solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse) and Dynamics 365 (Sales Service or other modules).
  

• Develop and extend Model-Driven Apps custom plugins and Power Automate workflows that enhance D365 functionality.
  

• Integrate with Microsoft 365 Azure services and other enterprise applications.
  

• Translate business needs into technical solutions from concept to delivery using best practices in architecture governance and performance.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline business processes through digital automation.
  

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to platform standards and development frameworks.
  

• Stay current with Power Platform and D365 updates identifying new opportunities for improvement.
  

Requirements

• 5 years hands-on experience delivering solutions across the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications.
  

• Proficient with Power Fx JavaScript C# REST APIs and Azure Functions for customization and integration.
  

• Solid understanding of Dataverse data modelling and application lifecycle management (ALM).
  

• Experienced in D365 configuration customization and integration with other systems.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience and maintainability.
  

• Confident communicator who works well across business and technical teams.
  

• Curious proactive and driven to deliver high-quality reliable solutions.
