SALARY:$104800 - $124450 bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
This role is positioned within our vertically integrated Metal Container Corporation. The Supply Chain lead position will liaison between the production facilities planning teams and third-party customers to ensure metal supply assurance and customer contract.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supply-chain lead responsible for $1Billion in metal supply across 7 plants

• Manage metal DOI to eliminate potential supply disruptions

• Lead plant supply chain manager metal procedure and policy adherence

• Conduct metal alignment meetings with plants suppliers and customers

• Reconcile metal consumption and supplier mix to ensure contract adherence

• Support new supplier or product trial logistics

• Support metal system master data and updates

• Support metal accounting and special projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in supply chain accounting or finance preferred

• Three years logistics or supply chain experience preferred

• Proficient in Excel modeling with strong analytics

• Experience in SAP or similar ERP system preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work autonomously

• White/Green belt certified (optional)

• 1-2 times of year of travel required
