We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Associate Professional Inside Sales to support our Singapore market. This role involves managing end-to-end sales processes including quoting customer engagement and coordination with resellers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT sales and account management with the ability to deliver excellent customer experience across pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage IT sales operations for the Singapore market including reseller engagement and account management
- Sell or renew products and services via phone and email and promote vendor campaigns
- Execute end-to-end sales processes: quoting order processing email support and post-sales follow-ups
- Prospect new customers qualify leads and provide ETA updates
- Maintain product and industry knowledge to support customer inquiries and sales efforts
- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications:
- With at least 2-3 years experience as an Inside Sales Representative (IT Sales)
- Experienced in Account Management (Prospecting Profiling and Upselling)
- Customer service experience is a must preferably in a BPO/Tech industry
- College graduate of any Bachelors Degree course; undergraduates are welcome but should have at least 5 years relevant work experience
- Excellent English communication skills strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
- Willing to work on dayshift (SG time zone) and onsite for 10 days per month (Hybrid setup; equipment will be provided)
