Strategy& Automotive Manager Role Description
Strategy& Automotive Practise
What You Will Do
Lead and deliver projects across the entire automotive value chain (OEMs suppliers dealers fleet owners investors in the industry)
Work on fast-paced engagements across corporate strategy M&A transactions business planning project management and go-to-market strategy
Partner with C-level executives to help them shape the future of their businesses
Drive thought leadership client development and market visibility of our Automotive proposition
Coach mentor and inspire junior team members fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
What We Are Looking For
4-6 years of experience in top-tier consulting or leading corporate firm with a track record of successfully delivered projects
Expertise across corporate strategy M&A business planning program delivery and gotomarket
Mastery in articulating strategies and insights with precision ensuring messages resonate with our global clients
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
Strong C-level presence with excellent written & oral communication and influencing skills
Superior analytical skills and unparalleled attention to detail
Excellent academic credentials
Fluent English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
