Responsibilities:
Plan coordinate and oversee software development activities managing timelines budgets resources and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
Track progress identify and mitigate risks and blockers and facilitate communication between technical teams stakeholders and leadership
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum requirement of a bachelors degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline or other relevant scientific discipline and 2 years post-related experience.
A recognised formal Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMP
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in managing software development or IT projects with proven track record of successful delivery in complex technical environments
Strong analytical problem-solving and risk management skills with ability to identify assess and mitigate project and operational risks while translating complex requirements into actionable plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across technical and non-technical audiences
Professional experience with project management tools collaboration platforms and documentation systems (e.g. Azure DevOps JIRA etc.)
Understanding of IT service delivery operational workflows and procurement processes
Good level of spoken and written English
